Army Days

In fact, I've got nothing much to say about the Basic Military Training. Physical training was tough but still reasonable. Wt's worse is the mental aspect. Till now, I'm still unable to come to terms with the fast pace. There is an information overload for me as I'm still unsure about some of the procedures and so on. Yet somehow, I've managed to survived the first 3 weeks of the 9-weeks BMT. This coming week will be the field camp = 7 days in the jungle without bathing, shitting outside, commando mosquitoes, lack of sleep and memories tt is guarantee to last a lifetime... Enjoy~

At least one thing is for sure, I'm nt going to sign on.

The mosquitoes decided to give me an advanced farewell party early morning. Currently, awaiting the welcome party going to be hosted by those commando mosquitoes. Hahaha...

Hasta la vista baby!!

Stay here, I'll be back.

Army Daze

Woah~ Recently, I’ve been bombard with lots of information regarding the army. As a result, I’m in a daze now. Somehow, whoever I spoke with will always talk about the Army. Be it the army oldies, the rookies or even the non army, all of them got lots of info to share.

The Dos and Don’ts. (Whatever it is, don't get caught)
The ghostly encounters. (The 'ninja' boy)
The f****** up sarge. (Sorry for f***?)
The horrid physical training. (100 pushups in the morning + 1 hr in push-up position)
The loneliness. (No gf... Those got gf also scare gf ran off.)
The politics in the platoon. (Backstabbing)
The ‘fun’ adventures. (X!X!X!)

HOO!

Sidetrack-

Dad: Do you know that the pick-up can only drive up to 70KM/H?
Me: Ya, I know.
Dad: The road limit is also only 70 KM/H.
I was driving at around 80KM/H and there were countless cars zooming by. The road ahead is also clear.
Me: Ya.
Dad: Later you get caught then you know.
Me: Orh. (Reduces speed to a snail’s pace of 60+KM/H)

Later on the expressway.

Dad: Stay in the left lane behind that van.
Me: Orh.
Dad: You cannot overtake the van because it’s traveling at 70KM/H. If you overtake it and the traffic police saw that, you’re going to get a summon straightaway.
Me: Orh.
Dad: (Continue grumbling and repeating the ‘law’ of not overtaking a 70KM/H vehicle)
Me: Dad, then why are you always overtaking vehicles when the limit is only 70KM/H? Later you get summon how?
Dad: CHOY!!
Me and my mum: (LoL!)

Conclusion: My dad is loud. I still feel thrilled to be driving four wheels. I reckon it’s because I’m unpro hence the excitement is still there. = )

Countdown: 2 days 3 nights.
